Today, I woke up tired.
I had a restless night of sleep, which is so annoying. I love sleep!
I was wide awake, but didn’t want to get up yet.
I finally pushed myself out of bed to do some stretching and felt the urge to get my day started on a better emotional foot.
You know, instead of just wishing I could sleep all day because of how tired my body and mind felt.
I have a LOT of stuff I DO want to kick ass at today! I took yesterday as a rest, low key today. I really WANT to feel ALIVE and make today fucking great!
