Lately I have been experimenting with going grocery shopping bright and early in the morning after I drop my kids off at school instead of ordering online or going before school pick up like I had been.

This morning, after I dropped them off, I thought about how it was time for a shopping trip but I wasn’t sure if I was up for it. A part of me wanted to get home and get to work. But, I decided to go and grab at least a few things since I was out of coffee and fresh fruit.

I pulled up front row to my local grocery store before 8am and right away loved the peaceful quite vibes. I had planned to buy coffee beans and make coffee when I got home but immediately upon entering the quiet store was pulled to the coffee/juice/smoothie counter that I had never before utilized.
