The pull to do and be still.
I don’t know about you but after taking down time whether from being sick, taking a vacation, being on holiday break or even the weekend it can be a bit more challenging to get motivated and listen to what you really want.
Our body and mind gets used to what is used to - and that can happen in even just one or two days. Which can make it challenging to get things done.
But, also we want to listen to and trust our bodies.
So, do we need more rest or to get moving?
