Taking Space.
As I mentioned last week, being sick over the holidays has had a positive impact on the start of my new year as it is making me be even more focused on “body first” and taking more time to ease into my days.
With my kids back in school, it can feel easy to get back from drop off and get right into work mode. BUT, this year I am giving myself room to nurture myself more before I get into my work day.
I am giving myself more space in the day even when I have a ton of things I want to get done, I remind myself that giving myself those bubbles of space actually supports my creativity and productivity. Rather than sitting in front of my computer continuing to force myself to get shit done.
