I myself, can really struggle to do the things that I want to do sometimes.
Whether it be a commitment to my own health and wellness that I know supports me (like starting up a yoga practice after having kids), or a creative idea that I have and am lit up about and think about - but don’t actually take actions to make it be a reality.
So, over the years, I have created, discovered, forgotten, remembered, tried out, tried on…lots of ways to support myself to do the things that I do want to do!
For me, making it easier or easeful and more fun are key.
One tool/tip that I have recently reactivated to get myself from distracting myself to action mode is creating a “meeting” time and space for myself. But, it isn’t really what you likely think.
