It’s the first day of May! Every month I send out a few prompts for you to contemplate and activate throughout the month.

May happens to be Mental Health Awareness Month BTW, but I feel like I am always connecting to mental health awareness. Our thoughts, feelings, relationships, experiences, habits - all of it contributes to our mental health.
