Every month I share a few prompts for you to reflect on at any time during the month (or beyond).
Journaling is so deeply healing so I advise setting a timer for just 3-4 minutes and putting pen to page to see what wants to come up with out editing it!
But, if you know you won’t, do it how you can. Type in your phone notes section. Hit record on a voice memo and talk it out. (you can always delete these things immediately). Simply give yourself time to think about the prompts if you know you won’t write to them.
Any action, any reflection - is more than none.
