Let yourself first be in the here and now.
Be present to what surrounds you.
Acknowledge gratitude.
Do something, anything to express love to yourself.
A 10 second foot massage, a personal acknowledgment, a stretch to expand, an affirmation.
Then, let yourself look forward at your week.
What are you looking forward to?
What makes you cringe or wince, or feel an ugh? Can you find the why and the want in those things? Can you find ways to make them feel more easeful and fun?
Remember that this is your life and you can live it with intention.
Please, don’t make your life harder than it needs to be, by living with resentment, grudges, shame and more.
See everything as a choice that you get to choose.
Treat yourself with kindness, and do things to support yourself through the good and hard.
