So often we don’t make changes because even though we can feel that we WANT to, it can feel like we have to change so much, do so much. That we need to do a total overhaul.
Let’s say you want to start eating more nutritious foods. If you set the bar super high and tell yourself you are only going to eat xyz from now on. It can feel like such a big shift, so limited, like so much work, or so much of a difference that it isn’t realistic. So you don’t start or you don’t stick with it very long.
